I especially enjoyed the breakfast waffles, a highlight! Staff were friendly, accommodating, and eager to ensure our needs were met. While I experienced a loud toilet flush, it didn't overshadow my pleasant visit. Great value for a convenient location!

The staff here were friendly, especially the housekeepers who lent me a hand when I was juggling my toddler and an infant. One of them even helped me open the door to my room while I was loaded with bags.

Sure, it wasn't cheap, but for what I got, it was barely acceptable.

It was a wonderful stay and everything was near it

Everything was perfect

Breakfast was decent, eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, bagels, cereal, biscuits and gravy and juices. House keeping staff was pleasant. Room was clean.

Upon arrival, the manager, Michelle Reed and another employee continued to answer the phones and assist phone customers like I wasn't there. No "be with you in a moment" or anything. Phones in rooms were dead. AC did not work in the hallway. Ice machine out of order. No pillow cases on the pillows.

Make sure to try the breakfast early. They continually replenish items, ensuring fresh options even if you arrive close to the end.

Online booking was easy. Young lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Room was clean.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. When we arrived around 11:15pm, there were several men sitting outside of rooms by the parking area. They had coolers and we're obviously intoxicated. Also in the parking lot were two men in a car smoking marijuana. You could smell it everywhere. We had several safety concerns.

The room I stayed in was really updated, with new flooring and a warm atmosphere. The staff members were friendly, and I appreciated the thoughtful welcome note with candy upon arrival. While the breakfast was limited, the waffles stood out as delicious. A minor inconvenience was the loud toilet flush that startled me at first, but it didn't detract from my overall experience. I look forward to returning.

they upgraded our room immediately to much nicer room breakfast area food and breakfast staff was good
